German often uses the present tense + a time word for the future: Morgen fahre ich nach Hamburg.
For predictions, promises and to make the future clear, use werden + infinitive at the end: Es wird morgen regnen. Ich werde dich anrufen.
On its own, werden means to become: Sie wird Ärztin.
